VAST Family Orientation

VAST families attended a beginning of the year orientation dinner at the Poughkeepsie Middle School cafeteria on Friday, September 30th. Parents and guardians accompanied scholars to an orientation conducted by the VAST administration and select mentors. Changes such as the introduction of tutoring on Fridays were announced, the importance of open and constant communication was highlighted amongst other pertinent issues. All in all VAST stakeholders appeared in sync with the tone for the year: Onward!
