If you are interested in scheduling your regularly meeting class in the Laybourne Visualization Laboratory Lab, please submit your course location request to the Registrar along with the course masters as is standard procedure for all classroom requests. Should any conflicts arise, you will be notified and we will work to find an equitable solution. Please note that priority is given to courses that have need of software that is available only in the Laybourne Visualization Laboratory.
If you would like to teach a workshop, hold a meeting, or use the space for some other one-off purpose, please contact the Lab Manager to schedule the room. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate non-academic bookings during the semester, as students need access to the specialized software in this lab for homework, projects, and research. During breaks when classes are not in session, non-academic departments may book the lab.
