What is The Blue Chair Project? The Blue Chair Project began during the 2008 Undergraduate Research Summer Institute, URSI, at Vassar College. The Blue Chair serves as a memorable URSI 2008 community focal point- everyone got their turn to be photographed with the Blue Chair.
