  • There is no charge for design services. We provide an image file and a PDF. For printed posters, there is a $2.50 charge per poster to cover cost of materials.

    This will be used as the description for your event. Include approximately 4-5 sentences including a brief bio of the speaker, if applicable, and a description of the event itself. (For example: Is it a reading, lecture, an informal talk?)
  • Limit 50 words (336 characters with spaces)
    Include details such as “reservations required” and information on how to make reservations/obtain tickets. Here, you also can include more details about the event—description, time, etc., if needed.
