Fergusson Faculty Technology Exploration Fund recipients for Spring 2011

The following eight faculty have been funded by the Frances D. Fergusson Faculty Technology Exploration Fund for their Spring 2011 proposals.

Chris Bjork, Colette Cann, and Erin McCloskey (Education Department): “Enhancing Teacher Reflection Through Video Analysis.”

Jeremy Davis (Biology Department): “Collaborative microscopy using a USB handheld digital microscope.”

Quincy Mills (History Department): “Making History Mobile: Using New Technologies in the Archive and Classroom.”

Jill Schneiderman (Earth Science & Geography Department): “iPad 2 for Geologic Mapping by Students.”

Matthew Schulz (Learning, Teaching and Research Center): “Representation of the Self-Present Voice.”

David Tavarez (Anthropology Department): “Using Emergent Technologies for Conversation Analysis and Ethnographic Research.”
