Staggered deadlines involve planning alternate submission dates for papers, projects, or exams when the student has conflicting due dates for these.  Staggered deadlines can be arranged either solely between the student and the professor or between one of AEO’s academic coaches, the professor, and the student’s class advisor in the Dean of Studies Office.  If the assignments consist of final papers at the end of the semester, the staggered deadlines must be arranged through AEO, the Dean of Studies OFfice, and the student’s professor.

Prior assessment and approval of the Director of AEO is required for this accommodation.
